• Please note that each of my postcards are block printed by hand, each print is not 100% identical.

• refunds or exchanges are only applicable to pieces that have proof of visible damage. Imperfections are not damage

  
  

  In the event of jewelry damage

• If jewelry is ever damaged/needs repair fill out a contact form located in the "connect" tab and we can coordinate shipping to send your piece back for repair. When packing damaged jewelry please include all pieces. I'm often able to repurpose damaged parts for other projects. :)

• If your jewelry breaks in a way that most of the beads are unable to be recovered, I will still repair it if I have the necessary materials, but there will be a fee depending on how much additional material is used to recreate the piece. In the event I'm unable to acquire necessary materials to repair a piece, I am willing to accept remaining beads and hardware in exchange for a discount on a new piece of jewelry on the website.

• Postcards are mailed via snail mail, so it'll arrive inside a stamped envelope :)
